One day I was talking with my friend and said this, "Every time when I try to study then my cell phone teases me, what can I do?, please give me a solid suggestion to avoid or minimize use of cell phone during my study time". As far as I know this is not the problem of only my friend, this is the common problem of almost all of us. So on this blog, we are going to talk about the use of mobile phone during the study hours and how can we use our mobile phones for beneficial purpose, we will also discuss on this topic also.

So using your mobile phone or placing your mobile phone very near from your study is one of the bad habit that we never recommend to any aspirants like you. 1)  Concepts of breaks

During your study, make a study study strategy such that you can have certain time of break in between two successive study hours, so use your mobile phones only on that break time and on study time you should strictly prohibit its usage.

2) Let's try group study

If you can study with the group of your friends then it will be the best option to minimize your mobile usage at most. If you have involved in group study on past, then you will have certainly known about the significance of group study. Another benefits is that if you are of sleepy nature then this habit will be also omitted by group study but remember one important point, you should be active during the group study.

3)  Use of "mobile phone use" avoiding apps

There are several good phone use avoiding apps on internet. You can easily download them and install for good purpose. For this, you have to search "mobile phone avoiding apps" on google, after then your will find many applications, which may be either free or some of them are paid also. You can select any apps whichever you like and use it.

4) Delete or uninstall unnecessary/unused apps

Sometimes you should also use your mobile phones for study purpose, and you will be distracted by the different notifications of social medias and of many applications which is on your phone. So those type of notifications might distract you and your study, so if such condition arises then you should either focus ignoring distractions or you can delete or uninstall any type of applications that might distract you during your study hours.



5) Do not use social media app if you are studying

I don't say to uninstall all the social media apps, but if you can do this, then don't think ever for a second, delete it asap. So don't ever use social media with its applications if you are there for studying. So for example you can open your Facebook on chromo browser, after that your addiction for social media will reduce slowly and slowly.
